How we can work together
For strategic advisory or interim executive roles, I only work directly with the senior executives and business owners. My 20+ years of experience as a CEO and owner makes me a very empathetic partner. Requests will be considered on your vision, your desire to learn and your willingness to grow.
I only work with a small number of clients at any time to avoid stretching myself too thin. This means I have limited availability and my fees are non-negotiable. The fee for advisory work is currently $10,000/month. As long as the scope we agree on stays the same, I don’t raise prices during engagements. Most in-person events will combine a keynote, a workshop with key teams and a dinner with VIPs or customers. This 'Holy Trinity' of sessions provides options for both broad reach and intimate conversations. The fee for the trinity starts at $10K for the day excluding domestic travel or international travel. Travel days are included and no additional 'travel time' fee will be charged
My keynote talks are generally 45 mins long and include a Q&A session at the end. I'm very open to fitting in with your conference or meeting schedule, so please let me know what you're looking for.

Workshops
These are my most popular workshops:
- An Introduction to Design Sprints (3hrs/half day)
- The Enterprise Design Sprint (6hrs/full day)
- Product Strategy For X-Functional Teams (7hrs/full day)
Workshops can be molded to suit audiences from a little as 20 people to as many as 120 people. The full-day workshops all include a lunch break and a mid afternoon coffee/tea break. My fee for a 1/2 day workshop is $10,000 + travel expenses. For a full day workshops the fee is $15,000 + travel expenses.

Executive / Leadership Events
These events are customized for the audience. Working with my event partners Ben Rabner and Ari Mateu, we have created executive retreats in some of the most beautiful places in the world. Whether it's the Austrian Alps, south of France, the Catalan mountains, or the red rocks of Utah, it's always a memorable occasion. These events are designed for leaders to bond with each other and encourage new learning opportunities. Alongside workshops and structured conversations, our events include activities like cycling, hiking, yoga, meditation and excursions to historic locations and top local restaurants.
